FINAL PROGRAM
The program is structured so that all group activities start from Friday evening and end at noon on Sunday. Thereafter, individuals will have the choice of spending the rest of Sunday and possibly even Monday (Labor Day) in Boston as they wish.
Friday, August 31, 2018:
6:00 pm – 10:00 pm: Informal (Pizza) group dinner for all Arrivals. Order and pay individually; come and go as you please

8:30 am – 10:30 am: Breakfast – individual option
Picnic has been cancelled.
Suggested afternoon activity: Afternoon Tea at the Boston Public Library
Seating available from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm. Reservations may be made here
7:00 pm to 11:00 pm: Dinner cruise on the Odyssey luxury boat with Drinks/dinner/music ($220/person+Cash bar). The Cruise will depart precisely on time; please avoid being delayed and the risk of missing the boat!
Boarding Location: 60 Rowes Wharf • Boston, MA 02110.
Discounted Parking on validation at: 30 Rowes Wharf.
Go to the Odyssey ticket booth/ Rowes Wharf Ferry Terminal and get your parking discounted to $12.00. If you choose to valet your car at the Boston Harbor Hotel your ticket will not be discounted and will remain at full-price.
Odyssey Tickets: The Odyssey ticket office is to the right of the building nearest the water as you face the boat with the Rowes Wharf hotel and archway behind you. Go to the ticket staff and give them your name and identify yourself as part of the MIT Sangam Alumni group. They will give you your ticket. Please be there promptly by 7 pm!

9:00 am – Noon: Brunch/Continental Breakfast
Location: Cambridge Marriott Kendall Square.
The Champions Bar at the Marriott Hotel has a brunch buffet from 9 to noon that includes an omelet station, fresh waffles and pancakes. The fixed price of $24 per person includes taxes but not gratuity. An area will be set aside for the MIT Sangam group to sit together. Folks might have a chance to say a few words as long as we don’t disturb the other restaurant patrons.
